Ensouled heads are a set of items that can be dropped by their respective monsters. The ensouled heads can be reanimated by using the appropriate spell within the Arceuus spellbook on the ensouled head at the Dark Altar. Each reanimated monster will give the player Prayer experience when killed, the experience increases as the Magic requirement to reanimate the monster increases.
Wearing Zealot's robes provides a 1.25% chance per piece (5% if wearing full set) to save the ensouled head when casting the reanimation spell.
A Soul bearer can be used to send ensouled heads directly to their bank.
