Sapphire ($10)

• Skilling area: has convenient skilling spots around the area, including:
  • Woodcutting: 3 magic, 3 yews, 3 teak (all trees have their 'respawn timer' halved in this area)
  • Smithing: anvil & furnace
  • Mining: 2 rune, 2 adamant, 2 mith, 3 coal (respawn timers are halved in this area)
  • Fishing: Anglerfish and karambwan fishing spots
  • Skilling supplies shop: Noted gems (up to sapphire), noted clean herbs (up to ranarr) and more.
  • Additional +10 skilling points per 100 points earned
• Donator zone
  • Altar that acts similar to rejuvenation pool except it restores prayer and has a 2 1/2 minute cooldown
  • Zahur in Donator zone can decant potions like Bob barter, but can also clean all grimy herbs (noted and unnoted) as well as create unfinished potions for you
  • There is a fountain in Donator dungeon that can recharge Amulet of glory and Combat bracelet to their (6) charge variant (no chance of eternal amulet though, that's only for the Fountain of Rune in the Wilderness)
  • Altar that gives 2x XP per bone offering (Normal altar gives 1.75x & Gilded altar will give 3x)

• Sapphire members are no longer charged to enter the Hardwood Grove tree area.

• Vote reward multiplier duration is 30 minutes instead of 25 minutes.
• Ring of forging (i) charges increased from 450 to 525.
• Beacon ring charges increased from 400 to 500.
• Bag full of gems has 125 instead of 100
• Amount of presets increased from 7 to 12
• Slayer assignment teleport costs reduced from 20K to 15K.
• Ring of wealth coin pickup limit increased from 1M to 2M
• Ring of wealth (i) coin pickup limit increased from 2M to 3M
• Ring of wealth (i) tokkul pickup limit increased from 50K to 75K.
• Ruby are able to catch 4 chinchompas per trap.
