The salve amulet is a necklace that provides a 15% melee damage boost when fighting Undead monsters. This amulet does not stack with the Slayer helmet and Black mask. The salve amulet can be upgraded to a Salve amulet (ei) by using an Enchanted scroll on the Salve amulet.
How to get a Salve amulet
To obtain the Salve amulet, simply go to 
Town Crier at home, select the PvM Store and pay 5,000 PvM points to buy it.
