God Halo's are obtained by talking to Brother Tranquility and while worn it accumulate points based on skilling actions and non idle time. You go to the altar at home and right click it to view or sacrifice affinity for faith tokens that you can use in Brother Tranquility's store. You can also talk to Brother Tranquility to upgrade the skilling set hats so they work as a halo for 4,000 affinity for all the hats, this is also possible to upgrade the slayer helm to give the same effect for 4,000 affinity.

How to obtain a God Halo

To obtain a God Halo, simply go to Brother Tranquility at the shop, talk to him and select your chosen God, Note: This is a permanent decision.
