This is a compilation of specific items in OldSchool RSPS and what their respective effects are.


Starter sword: The starter sword has the exact same stats as a dragon scimitar and has a limit of 5,625,000 EXP before it fully degrades.


Starter bow: The starter bow has the exact same stats as a magic shortbow and has a limit of 5,625,000 EXP before it fully degrades. The starter bow requires arrows to function.


Starter staff: The starter staff has same stats as an ancient staff (without the melee attack or strength bonus) and has a limit of 5,625,000 EXP before it fully degrades. The starter staff requires runes to function.


Amulet of the damned: A reward that can be received from the Barrows minigame. It provides an additional bonus to the set effect of Barrows,

  • Dharok's: Players wearing Dharok's set will have a 25% chance of recoiling 15% of the damage taken. This effect can stack with the Vengeance spell and a ring of recoil to recoil 100% of the damage taken
  • Verac's: Players wearing Verac's set will have an additional +4 Prayer bonus (not counting the amulet's +3)
  • Torag's: Players wearing Torag's set will have their Defence increased by 1% for every 1 health missing
  • Guthan's: Players wearing Guthan's set will be able to heal 10 hitpoints above their base Hitpoints level
  • Karil's: Players wearing Karil's set will have a 25% chance of dealing two hitsplats. The second hitsplat will deal half the damage of the first hitsplat
  • Ahrim's: Players wearing Ahrim's set will be able to autocast Ancient Magicks. In addition players will have a 25% chance of dealing a hit with 30% increased damage


Salve amulet: An amulet that provides a 15% melee damage boost when fighting undead monsters - does not stack with the slayer helmet/black mask.


Salve amulet (ei): provides a 20% damage boost to undead monsters (listed above) for all combat styles and is made by using an enchantment scroll on the salve amulet.


Amulet of avarice: Sharing the same bonuses as an amulet of glory, the amulet of avarice will skull a player once equipped. The skull will be permanently applied until it is unequipped, in which the skull will disappear after twenty minutes. In exchange, all items received from NPCs within the Revenant Caves will be in the form of bank notes.


Dragonbone necklace: When worn, it will restore Prayer points as bones are buried (even if buried via the bonecrusher). The amount of points restored are as follows:

  • Bones restore 1 Prayer point
  • Big bones restore 2 Prayer points
  • Baby dragon, Drake and Wyrm bones restore 3 Prayer points
  • Dragon, Wyvern, Hydra and Dagannoth bones restore 4 Prayer points
  • Superior dragon bones restore 5 Prayer points


Bonecrusher necklace: Combines the effect of both a bonecrusher and dragonbone necklace - restores Prayer (as above) and also grants Prayer EXP when a monster you've killed drops bones. This necklace can be crafted by combining a hydra tail with a dragonbone necklace.


God halo: God Halo's are obtained from talking with brother tranquility and while it accumulate points based on skilling actions and non idle time. You go to the altar at home and right click it to view or sacrifice affinity for faith tokens that you can use in Brother Tranquility's store. You can also talk to bother tranquility to upgrade the skilling set hats so they work as a halo for 4k affinity for all the hats, this is also possible to upgrade the slayer helm to give the same effect for 4k affinity.


Divine root: A Divine root can be found at brother tranquility's store and costs 15,000 Faith tokens (affinity), When used on a Tentacle whip it will fuse and create a God whip of your chosen god. It has the same stats as a tentacle whip but has a +5 prayer bonus and will degrade after 12,500 hits leaving the tentacle and the divine root.


Blessed crystal: A Blessed crystal can be found at brother tranquility's store costing 10,000 Faith tokens (affinity). It will imbue any god cape into the Mage Arena 2 God cape.


Golden tinderbox: Provides an 8% EXP bonus when burning logs.


Ice gloves: Gloves that are required to be worn when a player is fishing for infernal eels and retrieving bars from blast furnace.


Cooking gauntlets: Significantly reduces your burn rate when cooking food.

  • At 90 Cooking, a player will stop burning monkfish with the gauntlets on (92 without)
  • At 94 Cooking, a player will stop burning sharks with the gauntlets on (99 without the gauntlets and with a Cooking cape equipped)
  • At 98 Cooking, a player will stop burning anglerfish with the gauntlets on (99 without the gauntlets and with a Cooking cape equipped)


Goldsmith gauntlets: Provides a 15% EXP boost when smelting bars, and 2.5x EXP when smelting gold bars.


Expert mining gloves: Requires 70 Mining to wield and provides a % boost to the non-depletion of the following rocks when Mining:

  • Silver: 50%
  • Coal: 40%
  • Gold: 33.33%
  • Mithril: 25%
  • Adamantite: 16.66%
  • Runite: 12.5%


Gloves of silence: Gloves of Silence reduce your chance of failing a pickpocket by 5%. They will break after 62 failed pickpockets.


Crystal saw: Allows you to build furniture that is higher than your current level by +3.


Elemental talisman: A talisman that can be used to enter all 4 elemental altars (air, fire, water, earth).


Bracelet of ethereum: A rare drop from Revenants which prevents the player from taking damage from Revenants once charged. The bracelet can be charged with revenant ether, another drop from Revenants; 1 charge is lost per hit.


Ring of nature: A cosmetic ring that changes the appearance of a character to a bush when equipped.


Ring of coins: A cosmetic ring that changes the appearance of a character to a stack of coins when equipped.


Ring of stone: A cosmetic ring that changes the appearance of a character to an empty mining rock when equipped.


Ring of forging (i): Halves the coal required when smelting bars. Has 200 uses as a normal player, and +100 uses per donator tier. Once ran out of charges, the ring disappears.


Ring of forging: Provides a 100% success rate when smelting iron ore, and can be crafted by using the Lvl-3 Enchant spell on a ruby ring.


Ring of wealth: Provides a slight drop rate boost when the rare drop table is rolled; it has no effect on the chance of the rare drop table being rolled. The ring will also collect coins for you - 250K for normal players, 500K for Sapphire+ and an additional 500K per donator tier.


Ring of wealth (i): Doubles clue scroll drop rate in the wild and also carries the same effect as the unimbued version besides the amount of coins it can pick up - 500K for normal players, 1M for Sapphire+ and an additional 500K per donator tier. This ring can also auto pick-up tokkul:

  • Normal: 20,000
  • Sapphire: 25,000
  • Emerald: 50,000
  • Ruby: 75,000
  • Diamond: 100,000
  • DragonStone: 150,000
  • Onyx: 200,000
  • Zenyte: 250,000
  • Tanzanite: 300,000


Beacon ring: A ring that increases your chances of finding a gem or better gems when Mining. This ring has 300 charges and gains an additional 100 charges per donator tier.


Brimstone ring: The ring has no requirements to wear and provides the combined offensive stats of all the un-imbued Archers ring, Berserker ring, Warrior ring, Seers ring, Treasonous ring, and Tyrannical ring, as well as additional defensive stats. The Brimstone ring can be imbued at the Well of Sacrifice for 3500 sacrifice points. The ring can be crafted by combining a hydra tail, heart and eye together.


Royal seed pod: An item that allows a player to instantly teleport ;;home or ;;dzone if they are a donator.


Magic secateurs: Yields 10% more harvest when farming crops.


Magic butterfly net: Increases the chance of successfully catching an impling by 7.5%.


Ninja monkey greegree: An item that transforms a player into a monkey, allowing them to use the Ape Atoll Agility course. There are also bearded and ancient gorilla greegrees available in the Oldschool Point Store. However, those two cannot be used for the Ape Atoll Agility course.


Pouch (Runecraft): Pouches that allow a player to store additional pure or rune essence as follows:

Please note that the pouch will not degrade while a player fills it and has a Runecrafting or Max cape equipped.


Gem bag: A bag that can hold 60 of each uncut gem.


Bag full of gems: A bag that carries an assortment of noted uncut gems in the following quantities:

  • Sapphire: 50 gems
  • Emerald: 75 gems
  • Ruby: 100 gems
  • Diamond: 125 gems
  • DragonStone: 150 gems
  • Onyx: 200 gems
  • Zenyte: 250 gems
  • Tanzanite: 300 gems

The % chance of receiving specific gems is relative to the Crafting level required to the cut the gem; high for sapphire, extremely low for onyx.

  • Uncut sapphire: 49.6%
  • Uncut emerald: 34.8%
  • Uncut ruby: 13.5%
  • Uncut diamond: 7%
  • Uncut dragonstone: 1%
  • Uncut onyx: 0.00001%


Coal bag: A bag that can hold 250 pieces of coal (+50 per donator tier). Coal can be directly stored in the bag and used when smelting, making it possible to smelt an inventory of rune bars in one trip. Sapphire+ have the ability to use noted coal on the bag to store a lump sum amount at once, rather than storing 27 un-noted coal at a time.


Seed box: The Seed Box can hold up to 6 different types of seeds. When the box is open, it will work similarly to a looting bag, in which any seeds picked up will go straight into the box (if there is room or the same type of seed is already stored inside).


Herb sack: An item that can be purchased for 750 Slayer points from any slayer master. When used, a player can store 30 of each of the grimy herbs listed below, for a total of 420 grimy herbs:

  • Grimy guam leaf
  • Grimy marrentill
  • Grimy tarromin
  • Grimy harralander
  • Grimy ranarr weed
  • Grimy toadflax
  • Grimy irit leaf
  • Grimy avantoe
  • Grimy kwuarm
  • Grimy snapdragon
  • Grimy cadantine
  • Grimy lantadyme
  • Grimy dwarf weed
  • Grimy torstol


Herb box: A box that contains an assortment of random grimy herbs.


Holy wrench: An inventory held item that grants additional Prayer points when a player drinks a prayer/super restore/sanfew serum potion, and also a +5 Prayer bonus.


Ecumenical key: A key that allows you to enter any GWD once without the KC requirement.


Soul bearer: The Soul bearer sends ensouled head drops automatically to your bank. Each ensouled head that gets sent to the bank will consume 1 charge. The Soul Bearer can hold up to 1,000 charges, each charge requiring 1 blood and 1 soul rune per charge.


Jar of chemicals: The jar can be used on a boss lair display in a player's Achievement Gallery to have a display of Alchemical Hydra.


Jar of darkness: The jar can be used on a boss lair display in a player's Achievement Gallery to have a display of Skotizo.


Jar of decay: The jar can be used on a boss lair display in a player's Achievement Gallery to have a display of Vorkath.


Jar of dirt: The jar can be used on a boss lair display in a player's Achievement Gallery to have a display of Kraken.


Jar of sand: The jar can be used on a boss lair display in a player's Achievement Gallery to have a display of the Kalphite Queen.


Jar of souls: The jar can be used on a boss lair display in a player's Achievement Gallery to have a display of Cerberus.


Jar of stone: The jar can be used on a boss lair display in a player's Achievement Gallery to have a display of the Grotesque Guardians.


Jar of swamp: The jar can be used on a boss lair display in a player's Achievement Gallery to have a display of Zulrah.


Metamorphic dust (Chambers of Xeric): When used on the Olm pet it will allow it to transmog into the bosses from Chambers Of Xeric.


Metamorphic dust (Theatre of Blood): When used on the lil' Zik pet it will allow it to transmog into the bosses from Theater Of Blood.


Metamorphic dust (Sands of Avarice): When used on the lil Kufu pet it will allow it to transmog into the bosses from Sands Of Avarice.


Dragon hunter lance: The lance increases both accuracy and damage by 20% when fighting dragons (excluding revenant dragons) and other draconic creatures, such as wyverns and the Great Olm. This stacks additively with Void Knight equipment and multiplicatively with the Slayer helmet.


Viggora's chainmace: When Viggora's chainmace is charged with revenant ether, an additional 50% melee accuracy and damage boost is applied when attacking any NPC in the Wilderness, consuming 1 ether per attack whether the player hits or not. This effect will stack with a slayer helmet or a salve amulet and their variants, but not both simultaneously.


Thammaron's sceptre: When Thammaron's sceptre is charged with revenant ether, an additional 100% magic accuracy and 25% magic damage boost is applied when attacking any NPC in the Wilderness, consuming 1 ether per attack whether the player hits or not. This effect will stack with a slayer helmet or a salve amulet and their variants, but not both simultaneously, this also has a built in spell similar to the trident.


Craw's bow: When Craw's bow is charged with revenant ether, an additional 50% ranged accuracy and damage boost is applied when attacking any NPC in the Wilderness, consuming 1 ether per attack whether the player hits or not. This effect will stack with a slayer helmet or a salve amulet and their variants, but not both simultaneously.


Darklight: An item that is relatively weak, but has a passive effect of increased damaged against lesser, greater, black and abyssal demons, bloodvelds and vampires. The damage boost is comparable to a dragon longsword.


Arclight: The upgraded version of the Darklight - this item is drastically stronger against demon-type monsters. With a 70% boost in accuracy and damage, it is stronger than the abyssal tentacle when fighting demon-type monsters.


Ancient shard: An item that is used to upgrade a Darklight to an Arclight. 3 shards are needed to do this, and when upgraded, it will create an Arclight with 1,000 charges. Charges can be increased by 1,000 per 3 shards, for a maximum of 10,000 charges. One charge is lost per hit with the Arclight.


Wilderness sword: Achievement store items which unlock after a certain amount of achievements. The perks are only active in Wilderness and are as follows:

  • Teleports to Bandit camp, Lava Dragons, Resource Area & Fountain of Rune (Tier 4)
  • 100% success rate when slashing webs (Tier 1+)
  • 50% more lava shards per lava scale when using with pestle & mortar (Tier 4)
  • Free entry to Resource Area (Tier-4 only)
  • Noted dragon bone drops (Tier-4 only)


Kandarin headgear: Achievement store items which are unlocked after a certain amount of achievements. The perks are:

  • Extra logs when cutting normal trees (Tier 1+)
  • 2x faster spinning at Spinning wheels (Tier 2+)
  • 15% chance buff to receiving Marks of Grace from all rooftop courses (Tier 2+)


Varrock armour: Achievement store items which are unlocked after a certain amount of achievements. The perks are:

  • 10% chance of mining 2 of any ore (Tier-4 only)
  • Acts as Prospector jacket (Tier-4 only)


Morytania legs: Achievement items which are unlocked after a certain amount of achievements. The perks are as follows:

  • 15% bonus Prayer EXP when worshipping ectofuntus (Tier-4 only)
  • 10% bonus Slayer EXP when killing tasks in the Slayer tower (Tier-4 only)
  • 50% more runes, bolt racks & coins from Barrows Chest rewards (Tier-4 only)


Falador shield: Achievement store items which unlock after a certain amount of achievements. The perks are as follows:

  • Full prayer point restore up to 6 times every 24 hours (Tier-4 only)
  • Giant mole will drop noted mole skin/claws
  • 10% chance of mining 2 of any ore (Tier-4 only)


Karamja gloves 4: Achievement items which are unlocked after a certain amount of achievements. The perks are as follows:

  • When equipped, lowers the tokkul cost of all items in Mor Ul Rek and increases the sale price of all items to shop significantly (Tier-1+)
  • Shortcut across Shilo Village river (Tier-2+ only)
  • Access to the underground portion of the Shilo Village mine (Tier-3+ only)
  • When operated, free, unlimited teleportation to the underground portion of the Shilo Village mining site (Tier-3+ only)
  • Free access to the Hardwood Grove (Tier-4 only)
  • Double tokkul from the TzHaar Fight Caves (Tier-4 only)
  • One fight cave resurrection per day (Tier-4 only)
  • Shortcut to red dragons (Tier-4 only)
  • Noted red dragonhide from Brimhaven Dungeon (Tier-4 only)
  • Metal dragons found in Brimhaven dungeon drop noted bars (Tier-4 only)
  • When operated, free, unlimited teleportation directly to Duradel (Tier-4 only)


Fremennik sea boots: Achievement store items which are unlocked after a certain amount of achievements. The perks are:

  • Aviansies will drop noted adamantite bars (Tier 3)
  • 15 direct Blood Altar teleports per 12 hours (Tier-3 & Tier-4 only)
  • 15 direct Soul Altar teleports per 12 hours (Tier-4 only)
  • Dagannoths will drop noted dagannoth bones (Tier-4 only)


Ardougne cloak 4: Achievement items which are unlocked after a certain amount of achievements. The perks are as follows:

  • Unlimited teleports to the Ardougne Monastery (Tier-1+)
  • Ability to toggle Watchtower Teleport to the centre of Yanille (Tier-3+ only)
  • 10% increased chance of succeeding when pickpocketing around Oldschool, even if the cloak is not equipped (must be equipped at Tier-1)
  • Unlimited teleports to the Ardougne farm patch (Tier-4 only - 3 daily at tier-2 and 5 daily at tier-3)
  • Highest stab and prayer bonus as a cape (Tier-4 only)
  • 25% more marks of grace from the Ardougne Agility Course (Tier-4 only)
  • Can be combined with a max cape to create the Ardougne max cape (Tier-4 only)


Desert amulet 4: Achievement store items which unlock after a certain amount of achievements. The perks are as follows:

  • Teleports a player within close proximity to the Elidinis Statuette, which completely heals the player from damage and poison and offers restoration to run energy, prayer points, and special attack when worshipped. Teleports are unlimited, however this amulet does not provide any stat bonuses.


Explorer's ring: Achievement store items which unlock after a certain amount of achievements. The perks are as follows:

  • Restore 100% run energy up to 5 times every 24 hours


Enchanted scroll: A scroll that can be purchased for 1,000 Slayer points from any slayer master, 60,000 blood money in the blood money store or 3,000 pvm points from the town crier, allowing a player to imbue a slayer helmet, Dagannoth rings, wilderness rings and salve amulet.


Ring of wealth scroll: A scroll that can be purchased for 20,000 Blood money from the blood money store. This scroll will imbue your ring of wealth to ring of wealth (I)


Magic shortbow scroll: A scroll that can be purchased for 20,000 Blood money from the blood money store. This scroll will imbue your magic shortbow to magic shortbow (I)


Ornate maul handle: This handle can be applied to the granite maul. This makes the granite maul special attack use 50% instead of 60%.


Dexterous prayer scroll: A reward from Chambers of Xerics, when a players read this scroll they will unlock the Rigour prayer.


Arcane prayer scroll: A reward from Chambers of Xerics, when a players read this scroll they will unlock the Augury prayer.


Bonecrusher: An item that provides Prayer EXP by crushing the bones of the monsters you kill. The EXP you gain is more than burying, but less if you were to use the bones on an altar. This item must be charged with PvM points, however Sapphire+ have a 50% chance of not using a charge when a bone is crushed - this effect increases by 5% per donator tier. The bonecrusher also restores Prayer points when fighting monsters in Kourend.


Saradomin's tear: An item that can be combined with a Saradomin Sword to create a Saradomin's Blessed Sword.


Mark of grace: Currency used to purchase and recolour Graceful pieces from Grace in the Rogue's Den (Skilling > Cooking teleport). This currency is randomly added to a player's inventory when completing rooftop courses.


Boots of lightness: Boots that can be purchased from Grace in the Rogue's Den for 20 marks of grace. When worn, these boots will reduce a player's weight by 4.5 kg.


Oily fishing rod: A special fishing rod that is used to catch infernal eels. This rod can be created by using a blamish oil on a normal fishing rod.


Tokkul: Currency that can be used to purchase items from TzHaar-Hur-Zal - an NPC that is south from the Minigames > Inferno teleport. Tokkul can be earned as a drop from various TzHaar NPCs, including Zuk and Jad and also from cracking open infernal eels once caught.


Dark totem: An item that can be assembled by combining a dark totem base, middle and top. The pieces can be received as drops from the monsters in Kourend, and once fully assembled, the totem can be used to teleport to Skotizo.


Imbued heart: Players can use the Invigorate option on the heart to temporarily increase their Magic level by 2 to 10 levels (1 + 10% of the player's level, rounded down). It can be activated an infinite number of times, but it can only be activated once every seven minutes per player, regardless of how many imbued hearts are owned.


Eternal gem: An item that can be used to craft a Slayer ring (eternal), along with a gold bar and ring mould. The ring can be used to teleport to your slayer task an infinite number of times. Also allows you to gain duo slayer exp no matter the distance between the players.


Tome of fire: An item that acts as a fire rune source when equipped. The tome must be charged by adding burnt pages to it - a drop from various monsters.


Clue nest/Clue geode/Clue bottle: Items that can be obtained from Woodcutting, Mining and Fishing (respectively) and give players a clue scroll when searched.


Rogue outfit: An outfit that increases the chance of receiving double loot when pickpocketing. With the full set, double loot is guaranteed. Each piece can be obtained by killing Rogues (ID: 6603 - near Chaos Elemental) or pickpocketing any NPC. The rate for each Rogue piece when killing Rogues varies - check ::drops for more details. However, the rate when pickpocketing is 1/600 for each piece. The drop rate from pickpocketing is also effected by your EXP rate.


Graceful outfit: An outfit that significantly reduces a player's weight, and therefore lowers the rate at which their run energy drains. A full set costs 260 marks of grace, and provides a weight reduction of -7 KG when no other items are equipped. Graceful also provides bonus EXP when training Agility.


Lumberjack outfit: An outfit that provides bonus EXP when training Woodcutting. The bonuses are as follows:

  • Hat: 4%
  • Top: 8%
  • Legs: 6%
  • Boots: 2%
  • Total Set: 20% + additional 5% as a set bonus


Pyromancer outfit: An outfit that provides bonus EXP when training Firemaking. The bonuses are as follows:

  • Hood: 4%
  • Garb: 8%
  • Robe: 6%
  • Boots: 2%
  • Total Set: 20% + additional 5% as a set bonus


Prospector outfit: An outfit that provides bonus EXP when training Mining. The bonuses are as follows:

  • Helmet: 4%
  • Jacket: 8%
  • Legs: 6%
  • Boots: 2%
  • Total Set: 20% + additional 5% as a set bonus


Angler outfit: An outfit that provides bonus EXP when training Fishing. The bonuses are as follows:

  • Hat: 4%
  • Top: 8%
  • Waders: 6%
  • Boots: 2%
  • Total Set: 20% + additional 5% as a set bonus


Farmer's outfit: An outfit that provides bonus EXP when training Farming. The bonuses are as follows:

  • Hat: 4%
  • Torso: 8%
  • Legs: 6%
  • Boots: 2%
  • Total Set: 20% + additional 5% as a set bonus


Void outfit: An outfit that has very low defensive stats, but will provide bonus damage when worn as a complete set (top, robe, a void helm and gloves). The upgrade to elite void (top and bottom) provides an additional +3 Prayer bonus per piece, and an additional 2.5% damage bonus when the full elite range or mage set is worn.


Dharok's set: As a set, a player unlocks the Wretched Strength effect - the lower a player's remaining hitpoints are, the higher maximum hit the player can inflict.


Torag's set: As a set, a player unlocks the Corruption effect - successful Melee attacks have a 25% chance of lowering the victim's run energy by 20%, similar to the Abyssal whip special attack, Energy Drain.


Guthan's set: As a set, a player unlocks the Infestation effect - successful attacks have a 25% chance of healing the wielder an amount of Hitpoints equal to the damage dealt. For example, a hit for 20 damage will heal up to 20 Hitpoints if the effect occurs. It is also possible for the set effect to activate on an attack dealing 0 damage; however, no Hitpoints will be healed.


Verac's set: As a set, a player unlocks the Defiler effect - attacks have a 25% chance of ignoring the target's armour, Defence, and any active protection prayers, potentially causing heavy damage. There is also a bonus of one extra damage, making it impossible to hit 0 when the effect occurs.


Karil's set: As a set, a player unlocks the Tainted Shot effect - if the Ranged attack is successful, it has a 25% chance of lowering the target player's Agility level by 20%


Ahrim's set: As a set, a player unlocks the Blighted Aura effect - Magic attacks have a 25% chance of lowering the enemy's Strength by five levels repeatedly. The set effect even activates if a spell splashes, similar to how Guthan's can trigger off a 0 hit.


Ensouled heads: Items that are dropped from their respective monster and can be used to gain Prayer EXP. In order to do this, a player must change their spellbook to the Arceus spellbook by using the altar that is north-east of ::home. Once that is done and they have the right Magic level and runes to cast the according spell, they must then teleport to the Dark Altar (Skilling > Prayer teleport), reanimate the head and kill the monster.


Smouldering stone: An item that is used to upgrade a dragon axe/pickaxe to an infernal axe/pickaxe.


Infernal axe: An axe that provides the wielding player a 1/3 chance to burn the log they are cutting, providing 50% of the Firemaking EXP they would gain if they were to use a tinderbox to burn that log.


Infernal pickaxe: A pickaxe that provides the wielding player a 1/3 chance to smelt the ore they are mining.


Serpentine visage: With 52 Crafting, a player can use a chisel on this item to create a serpentine helmet - a powerful helmet that has the passive effect of a % chance to inflict venom on your opponent, and also provides immunity to venom and poison.


Magma mutagen: Allows a player to cosmetically re-colour their serpentine helmet or toxic blowpipe, creating a magma helmet.


Tanzanite mutagen: Allows a player to cosmetically re-colour their serpentine helmet, creating a tanzanite helmet.


Magic fang: Can be used with a trident of the seas to create a trident of the swamp, or with a staff of the dead to create a toxic staff of the dead.


Toxic staff of the dead: Players using combat spells when wielding the staff have a 25% chance of inflicting venom on their opponent. However, if the opponent is an NPC and the serpentine helm is worn in conjunction with the staff, there is a 100% chance of envenoming them. Like the regular staff of the dead, when a combat spell is cast with this staff, there is a 1/8 (12.5%) chance that the staff will negate the rune cost for that spell. In addition, the weapon retains the staff of the dead's special attack.


Trident of the swamp: A unique staff that allows players to cast it's powerful built in spell without using any runes. The trident also has a 25% chance of inflicting venom on an opponent.


Crystal halberd: A weapon that requires 70 Attack, 35 Strength and 50 Agility to wield, the crystal halberd is a rare item that can be received from the crystal key chest or purchased from the Slayer reward shop for 1,500 points. It is highly sought out for it's special attack and high DPS against large beasts, namely the Corporeal Beast.


Crystal shield: A shield that requires 70 Defence and 50 Agility to wield, the crystal shield is a rare item that can be received from the crystal key chest or purchased from the Slayer reward shop for 1,500 points. A player can also have this item crafted for a fee by taking a crystal seed to Ilfeen in Isafdar. The only way to get there currently is by using an elf camp teleport - a tradeable item received from clue scroll rewards. Although it offers poor attack bonuses, the Ranged and Melee defence bonuses are abnormally high, making it a great shield when fighting against specific bosses. The Ranged defence bonus is the highest of any one-handed shield in-game.


Crystal bow: A bow that requires 70 Ranged and 50 Agility to wield, the crystal bow is a rare item that can be received from the crystal key chest or purchased from the Slayer reward shop for 1,500 points. A player can also have this item crafted for a fee by taking a crystal seed to Ilfeen in Isafdar. The only way to get there currently is by using an elf camp teleport - a tradeable item received from clue scroll rewards. This bow does not require the wielder to carry any arrows, and has extremely high accuracy. Unlike other bows, the crystal bow is unique because of it's long range - the wielder can shoot from much further away. The attack speed of a crystal bow is in between a shortbow and longbow; it is faster than a crossbow by 1 tick.


Crystal axe: Players can create a crystal axe via a singing bowl by combining a dragon axe, 120 crystal shards and a crystal tool seed. Doing so requires level 76 Smithing and Crafting to sing the crystal (the levels can be boosted), and grants 6,000 experience in both skills. If the player does not meet the Smithing and Crafting requirements, they can have Conwenna or Reese sing the crystal for them for an extra 60 crystal shards, for a total of 180.

Doing so requires level 76 Smithing and Crafting to sing the crystal (the levels can be boosted), and grants 6,000 experience in both skills. If the player does not meet the Smithing and Crafting requirements, they can have Conwenna or Reese sing the crystal for them for an extra 60 crystal shards, for a total of 180.

Gravekeepers sceptre: Obtained by the sands of avarice, when used on undead creatures it deals an additional 25% damage and will also ignore undead monsters defence. Stacks with Salve amulet (ei).


Khopesh: Obtained by Sands of avarice, the Khopesh is the best in-slot of one handed crush.


Dagger of athiri: Obtained by Sands of avarice, upon attacking it will gain max hit based on how long you are in combat for.

  • 15-29 hits -> stage 1 -> +5%
  • 30-44 hits -> stage 2 -> +10%
  • 45+ hits -> stage 3 -> +15%


Medjai's headdress: A head slot item obtained from Sands of Avarice, boasting more offensive stats than Armadyl armour and provides range strength. It also provides a special effect when worn.


Medjai's trench: A body slot item obtained from Sands of Avarice, boasting more offensive stats than Armadyl armour and provides range strength. It also provides a special effect when worn.


Medjai's chaps: A leg slot item obtained from Sands of Avarice, boasting more offensive stats than Armadyl armour and provides range strength. It also provides a special effect when worn.


Medjai's set effects:

  • +6 ranged strength while wearing full set
  • While ranging in PvM you have a chance of inflicting curse damage over time to your target
    • Higher chance of occurring the more pieces of the armour you are wearing
    • 3-tick (or below) weapons have less of a chance of inflicting this effect
    • The damage over time deals 4 damage every tick for 10 ticks (total of 40 damage)
    • Target can only be affected by this every 30 seconds
  • While ranging in PvM you have a chance of ignoring the target's ranged defense bonus
    • Wearing more armour pieces greatly increases the chance for this effect


Pegasian boot ornament kit: Dropped from the Sands of Avarice, when used on Pegasian boots it will recolour the boots to the same colour pallet of the Medjai's set.


Elder warhammer: A dragon war hammer upgrade, You will need to take a use a elder maul and a dragon war hammer on Tektons anvil while he is healing at it to fuse the two. It has a special attack that on a successful hit it will lower the opponent's defence level by 30%. However, instead of just the 50% damage boost that DWH does, this weapon has a 30% accuracy boost, accompanied by 30% damage boost.


Magma blowpipe: By combining a magma mutagen to a blowpipe it will create a magma blowpipe. it is only a cosmetic change and does not give the item any extra proprieties.


NOTE: Some skillcape effects below may not work, but will likely be added later on


Attack cape: Negates the need for warrior guild tokens when in the Cyclops room.


Strength cape: Has the ability to teleport a player inside the Warriors Guild when equipped, and has a "boost" option that will increase your strength level to 100.


Defence cape: When the Defence cape is equipped, players can enable the cape to act as a ring of life. This option is toggle-able, and can be enabled/disabled by the player at any given time.


Ranging cape: When the Ranging cape is equipped, it will grant players the ammo-saving effects of Ava's accumulator. However, it does not provide the same stat bonuses.


Prayer cape: When the Prayer cape is equipped or in your inventory, it will act as a holy wrench. Given the cape's level requirement to equip, this equates to 2 extra Prayer points for each dose of prayer potion consumed. However, the effects will not stack with a holy wrench.


Magic cape: Players may use the cape to change to any spell book that they already have unlocked


Runecraft cape: When the Runecraft cape is equipped, it will act as a substitute to all runecrafting talismans and tiaras, allowing access to all runecrafting altars by equipping the cape. In addition, runecrafting pouches will not degrade while filling them.


Hitpoints cape: When the Hitpoints cape is equipped, the player's natural hitpoint restoration rate is doubled. However, this will not stack with the Rapid Heal prayer but it will stack with the Regen bracelet to regenerate 4 hp per minute.


Agility cape: When the Agility cape is equipped, it will act as a substitute to the graceful cape, granting the same -4 kg in weight reduction; as a substitute, it will also grant the graceful outfit's set effect when worn with the other five Graceful pieces. Additionally, it will allow its wearer to never fail obstacles in the Brimhaven Agility Arena. Once per day, it is also able to restore the player's run energy to 100%, and provide the effect of a stamina potion for one minute.


Herblore cape: When the Herblore cape is equipped, players can search it to obtain a pestle and mortar. In addition, players can use grimy herbs to create unfinished potions; doing so gives the experience of cleaning the herb.


Thieving cape: When the Thieving cape is equipped, players pickpocketing NPCs will have an additional 10% chance of being successful.


Crafting cape: When the Crafting cape is equipped, players are able to teleport to the Crafting Guild for an unlimited number of times. Unlike the skills necklace, the cape will teleport players inside the guild. This ability is highly valued by many players, as it offers quick access to a bank.


Fletching cape: Players can search the cape and obtain a mithril grapple and bronze crossbow three times per day


Slayer cape: When the Slayer cape is equipped or in your inventory, there is a 10% chance of having a previous slayer task reassigned when speaking to a slayer master


Hunter cape: When the Hunter cape is equipped, players are able to teleport to the Feldip Hunter area containing Carnivorous chinchompas and the Wilderness Hunter area containing black chinchompas, five times per day


Mining cape: When the Mining cape is equipped, there is a 5% chance of receiving an extra ore while mining ore up to adamantite. This effect stacks expert mining gloves.


Smithing cape: When the Smithing cape is equipped, it will allow the Coal bag to hold 36 coal instead of 27. Additionally, it grants an additional 2.5x EXP when smelting gold bars and 1.15x EXP when smelting bars other than gold.


Fishing cape: The Fishing cape provides unlimited teleports to either the Fishing Guild or Otto's Grotto.


Cooking cape: When the Cooking cape is equipped, any food cooked by the player will never become burnt, essentially acting as a superior substitute for cooking gauntlets


Firemaking cape: When the Firemaking cape is equipped or in the inventory, it will act as an inextinguishable light source.


Woodcutting cape: When a Woodcutting cape is equipped, players will have an additional 10% chance of a bird nest falling while chopping trees.


Farming cape: When the Farming cape is equipped, herb patches will have a 5% increase in yield. This effect stacks with the magic secateurs.


Construction cape: When the Construction cape is equipped or in the inventory, it will allow the player to teleport infinitely to their own player-owned house and each of the portals located in Rimmington, Taverley, Pollnivneach, Great Kourend, Rellekka, Brimhaven, and Yanille.


Music cape: When the Music cape is equipped or in a player's inventory, it will grant the player infinite teleports to Falo the Bard. Players can purchase this cape if they have 75+ music tracks unlocked and at a cost of 1,999,999 coins. The cape can be trimmed after purchase if a player has 125+ music tracks unlocked.


Quest point cape: When the Quest Point cape is equipped or in a player's inventory, it will grant the player infinite teleports to the front of the Legend's Guild gates.


Max cape: A cape that inherits the perks of all the skillcapes.


Imbued god capes: Imbued god capes can be obtained by completing portions of the mini-quest, "The Mage Arena II". Players can find details about this quest from the quest tab. To imbue a specific god cape, a player need only kill the respective boss for it - i.e. Justiciar Zachariah for the imbued saradomin cape. The imbued capes provide a substantial bonus when compared to their un-imbued versions, and also allow players to cast god spells with them equipped.


Completionist cape: A cape that inherits the perks of all the skillcapes. The cape also inherits the Ava's assembler's effect of saving ranged ammunition. The cape has the teleport options from the Ardougne cloak 4 and Music cape. This cape comes in three different variants:

  • Red (x50 EXP rate requirement)
  • Black (x15 EXP rate requirement)
  • White (x5 EXP rate requirement)
