History

The "Nightmare Zone" minigame from the first original "Oldschool Runescape" has been replaced by our very own unique Dominion Zone, that is completely exclusive to our server! We provide a thrilling and exciting version of the minigame here at Oldschool RSPS, complete with a unique rewarding system.

Getting there

You can locate the Dominion Zone by simply interacting with the teleport interface (either by the red teleport barrier located at home or double tap "Enter" key on your keyboard) from there, select the "Minigames teleport" option.

Playing

Dominion Zone operates in a very basic manner. You will have the option to select from a list of 14 OSRS bosses (minimum requirement is 4 chosen bosses) to engage in combat with after investigating the Empty vial located in the Dominion Zone lobby. TIP: Meta on Oldschool RSPS is selecting only 4 bosses, such as but not limited to depending on your gear: Commander Zilyana, K'ril Tsutsaroth, General Graardor, and Giant mole. Proceeding to gamble 4 max runs with a provided 7% drop rate).

You can only bring one inventory worth of supplies and equipment/gear. The inventory, equipment and gear setup must last the duration of the boss fights. During this time, you are unable to access any banks. Upon spawning into the first boss room, a 10 second-timer will commence within your room/private instance. You will move on to the next boss fight after you have eliminated the current boss you are fighting. Once you have successfully cleared every boss from the list that you selected from within the Dominion Zone lobby, you will be teleported into the "Rewards lobby" which can be seen in an image down below.

From this point here, you will be prompted with 2 options to choose from:

• Gamble the run for a 2% increased drop rate from the bosses you have just previously killed (For example, 1 successful run = 2% drop rate boost that will apply to the rewards chest, you may gamble up to a total of 4 runs in order to optimize your drop rate potential)

• Take your rewards and loot the chest for a random chance at a drop from all 4 bosses

Rewards

Furthermore, you will receive 5 Dominion Zone points after finishing one successful run & proceeding to loot the rewards chest. These points can be used at Dominic Onion, who is situated right outside the Dominion Zone lobby area.
